Otto is the one restaurant I return to each time I visit Sydney. It’s the perfect spot to sit outside, watch the smartly dressed folk meander by funky outdoor art along the waterfront and work your way through the secret vegan menu (by request). Assemble a custom three-course meal or order several primi sized dishes to share among friends.

What’s Good:

• Beet Ravioli filled with vegan cheese, pistachio, horseradish. I don’t care for beets but this dish has changed my relationship with the root for the better.

• Mango Cheesecake

Drink Up:

• Mamacita- Don Julio Blanco, Ancho Reyes Verde, pineapple, coriander, agave, roman spice. It’s SPICY!
