Vegan Food at Mercado Little Spain | Hudson Yards
MERCADO LITTLE SPAIN
📍10 Hudson Yards New York, NY, USA
Mercado Little Spain is a 35,000 sq.ft. tapas wonderland located at Hudson Yards. “A veritable love letter to Spain”, this culinary collaboration by José Andrés, a Spanish-American chef, and the brothers Albert and Ferran Adrià, two Catalan avant-gardists, features a wide array of delicious food and drink from all corners of España. For those with a passion for the plant-based, there’s a vegan food option at almost every kiosk.
Whatever you decide to eat, you MUST finish with the Pina Borracha. Rum soaked compressed pineapple finished with fresh mint is refreshing and juicy without getting you all boozy.

Note: I reached out to the press office for Mercado Little Spain to verify the list of vegan-friendly food and asked about the oil fryers. They have an oil system that pumps oil to all of the fryers. So the one at the bravas kiosk is dedicated to frying potatoes and should not be co-mingled with any animal products they are preparing.
